I stopped reading once I saw that he has Toledo moving to the Big 10.  Toledo hasn't appeared in the MAC Championship game in 8 years.  In that time span Central Michigan and Ohio have appeared 3 times each.  I thought you were supposed to earn your promotion.  Duh.

He bumped Toledo up, I think, based on a better Sagarin than us last year. Essentially, NIU would have been promoted due to winning the MACC, but they were already in the B1G in his simulation. So instead of us as MACC runner-up getting promoted, it's Toledo, I guess on the theory that Toledo would have beaten us in the MACC had they been the West rep.

Like all revisionist history, it's just speculation.
