I mean, I can't really hate her, because I feel the same way about OSU memorabilia in Athens.

I don't see why this student is so upset. I mean, we are THE Ohio University....the people on osu's campus wearing Ohio gear are just showing pride for their state and THE university for Ohio.

It's more difficult to keep guy friends in college without things getting awk than it was in HS. Guess we have alcohol to thank for that

Rewind to the 1968-69 academic year, and this was me.  Walking around the OSU campus with my green jacket with interlocking OU on the front and a big OHIO on the back.  I even went to games at the horseshoe wearing this jacket and with a transistor radio so I could listen to the real OHIO game.  I was more interested in what I was hearing on my transistor radio than the action happening in front of me -- even though I was watching a mythical National Championship team (aka crowned by the polls) on the field and the FB was in one of my classes (a double numbered class with graduate students and undergrads in the same class).  I stood my ground against the "Hide the Hunter, Show the Scarlet" campaign!
