In all honesty, If i had a million dollars to donate to a "Peden Renovation"  fund, I would upgrade those goddamn bathrooms before I send a penny to adding another seat.  I'm sorry, but those things are a disgrace, and I think that they're gonna get redone/replaced before any expansion occurs.
