Penn State. Booked my hotel in State College in May. Got my tickets, signed up for the Bobcat Bash (my first one) and even bought a parking pass already.

I was born in Pennsylvania, and a good portion of my family went to Penn State for one degree or another (undergrad, grad, law), so Penn State is one of my favorite schools. I've been looking forward to this game, and planning on going to it, for over a year now, well before the Sandusky story broke and everything else happened. Now, I'm beyond excited to get up there and be part of the first game after JoePa's death/Freeh report/etc. I've got a countdown til September 1 on my desk at work.

I'll probably also go to the Kent State game, especially since I'll most likely be back in Youngstown for Thanksgiving. My sister goes to Kent, so that's always a fun sibling rivalry game.

State Penn -- got tickets, hotel room, etc.  (Sorry that's an old joke and I just couldn't resist given the current situation.)

Will miss the Marshall because I'll be in the State of Washington, hoping to catch it on the tube in some way.

I'm sure we'll schedule another road game or two -- undoubtably the Oxford Tech game will be one.

UMass is it so far.  Maybe Kent State.  Although the last time I was up there it was the second worst Bobcat game I ever saw.

Living in Richmond, all games are "Road Games".

My father and I are attending the Penn State game.  My brother-in-law has a friend who teaches at Penn State and will be out of town and set us up with tickets, his house and a parking pass next to the stadium.

This will be my third Penn State game.  I went to the 1975 Game against O$U with my Dad and my late Uncle who earned his engineering degree from Penn State. My Dad gave me $50 to buy a ticket and Woody's Hayes secretary whose daughter went to school with me in Worthington saw me trying to buy a ticket and gave me the ticket.  I wound up sitting one row and three seats (A-Deck East Side) away from my Dad and Uncle, so I had to admit I did not pay for the ticket and gave him the $50 back. O$U won that game 17-9.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8w5GOaHWzvo

I also attended the Penn State game at UVA in 2000 (UVA 20-14).  Ironically, Penn State travels to UVA the week after they play us.

Also looking at heading to Athens for either BG or Eastern Michigan with my family so my daughter can check out the campus.  Have to coordinate which game with her school, field hockey and pole vault schedules.

Definitely shooting for UMass. Unfortunately I won't be able to make it to the Penn State game. Hopefully make it to Athens for Homecoming and at least one other game.

Kansas!  Counting down already: 4 years, 1 month, ....

If Frank hangs on and Nebraska is playing in a different timeslot, I bet a lot of Nebraska fans show up too.

Think I might try that redhawk.

Which is an O H I O home game this year, though played a few hours east.

East of you . . . but west of Athens!

Seriously, if you make it, let's get together for a beer, dinner, or something.

Trivia Edit:  Though we are proudly the Harvard on the Hocking, Oxford Tech was known in the 19th Century as the "Yale of the West."  [If I was Yale, I'd sue for defamation!]

This is my first season as an alum, so now with a real job I'm going to try to make it to more road games. As a student, I tried to go to at least one road game per season. I went to Rutgers last year, and Kent and Akron in years prior.
