BOLD conference prediction - Eastern Michigan wins the West
BOLD national prediction - Neither Bama nor Clemson make their conference title games nor the playoff

BOLD player prediction - Freshman Kobi Gorman becomes a starter in the back half of the season.
BOLD team prediction - Ohio goes undefeated in MAC play until taking a loss to Akron in the final regular season game.
BOLD conference prediction - The MAC has 7-8 teams become bowl eligible.
BOLD national prediction - Illinois makes the BIG10 championship game.

BOLD player prediction: Jacoby Jones has more receiving yards than Sam. (Not Bold: Sam leaves as the career leader in TD, Jacoby Top 5)

BOLD team prediction: For the first time ever we have TWO 1,000 yard receivers. And to make it even more bold... 1,000 yard rusher + two 1,000 yard receivers.

BOLD conference prediction: Miami beats Miami.

BOLD national prediction: Arch Manning replaces Quinn Ewers early and never looks back.

I would say that it's very bold to predict a MAC east title the year after winning the MAC east and a year when we're favored to do it again.

Bold National Prediction: Conference realignment goes even more haywire when Clemson, UNC, and Florida State figure way out of the cumbersome ACC contract and jump ship

BOLD team prediction - Ohio loses to SDSU but beats Iowa State
BOLD conference prediction - Akron ends up #2 in the East
BOLD national prediction - Oregon State wins the PAC 12 and goes to the Playoff.

Northern Illinois wins WEST 8-4 (tie with Toledo)

Ohio wins MACC 31-27
Ohio plays in a Detroit-themed bowl games against a 7-6 Big Ten school (Minnesota) and wins. Finishes 11-2 in Top 15.

Florida State beats Georgia in National Title game. Jordan Travis is MVP.

Albins wins Coach of the Year.

Rourke gets drafted 3rd round 68th pick by Washington Commanders.

Wiglugz goes 5th round to Patriots.

That's a really fair point. Based on our track record, my prediction was more of a 2024 prediction.

These are going to be fun to look back on at the end of the season. Looking forward to doing these every year now.
