So, What is the arrangement with the 110?

ARe they performing at all pre-game? Halftime? Postgame? I'd like to know when I should get to teh stadium.  Also, where are they sitting?  I assume they are not in Z-deck, row 800 with the rest of us.  Do we have any fans sitting near the band?

MARCHING 110 PREPARES FOR PENN STATE

The Ohio Bobcats open up their 2012-13 campaign this weekend with a trip to Happy Valley to take on the Penn State Nittany Lions on Saturday, September 1st.  The Marching 110 will be there for the Bobcats as they look to build on the 2011 season that culimated in the 2011 Famous Idaho Potato Bowl Championship.  

The game is scheduled to be televised live on ESPN at 12:00 Noon on Saturday.  

The 110 will perform at the "Blue Band Huddle," halftime, and post-game.  Below is the Marching 110's schedule for the weekend: 

Friday, August 31

  • 11:00 am - Depart Athens.
  • 3:00 pm - Rehearsal at Frostburg State University, Frostburg, MD.
  • 6:00 pm - Arrive in Altoona, PA.  Spend night.


Saturday, September 1

  • 10:00 am - Performance at the Blue Band Huddle with the Penn State Marching Band in the Bryce Jordan Center.
  • 12:00 noon - Kickoff. OHIO vs. Penn State. 110 peforms at halftime and postgame.
  • 5:00 pm -  Depart for Athens.
