According to the team report available on Rivals and elsewhere, Jamil Shaw had a shoulder injury and Mario Dovell was on crutches with an ankle.

You start the game with your most experienced cb (Carrie) out for the year.......then you lose your 2nd most experienced cb (Shaw) during the game.  In the past this would have been an oh crap moment but cb's like Bass and Fisher and Wells (freshman and sophomores) played lights out.

Also you lose maybe your second most experienced wr (Dovell) and guys like Clark and Smith and Bussey and Foster played as a solid wr corps.

Derek Roback made the trip (I believe I saw him on the sideline) but I don't recall seeing him on the field. I thought he showed a lot of promise at the end of last season and was looking forward to his sophomore year. We got solid play at TE from Thompson and Hill so Ohio should be set at this position for this season and years to come.
