Yup. My office league has a ridiculously deep bench (like, you're required to draft 6 WRs, even though you only start 3). LaVon just made my team.

He wasn't targeted very much last night, but he made the best of his opportunities. Man, its fun to see a Bobcat returning kickoffs in the big leagues!

Keep up the good work Lavon,  (I will wear a little bit of colts attire under my Bengal stuff on sundays)...Don't tell anyone.

Don't tell anyone about the colts' attire? Or don't let on about your Bengal stuff?

Got to admit, it's always pretty fun to see a Bobcat in the NFL. Hope that becomes a common occurrence over the next several years!

Z's going great guns with the Cards this preseason: 9 punts; 56.6 avg; 3 inside the 20 and only 2 touchbacks.  Plus he set a Hall of Fame Game record with a 79 yarder.  Hope he has a great year.

Brazil got time with the first-team offense again as he continues to make a strong impression during the preseason. With Austin Collie potentially sidelined with a concussion and Donnie Avery missing another game with a thigh injury, Brazill could begin the season with a significant role.

Seemed like they were bringing WRs into camp right and left, and after the first preseason game Phil saw very limited action on special teams.

Overlooked in the news that the Cards cut Landon Cohen last Friday was the fact that Dave Zastudil has apparently won the punting job at Arizona; the Cards also cut Ricky Schmitt, who was the only other punter getting any kind of playing time.

He should consider a position change and move to safety and with luck can hook on with someone next season--he needs to be 225lbs of nasty--perhaps tough for a nice guy like Phil!

This just shows how hard it is to find good defensive linemen in the league, and also difficulty keeping that unit stocked with depth. Cut one day, signed the next. Hope Philly is where it's at!

Bengals have 4 guys battling injuries (2 DBs and 2 LBs). I'm guessing they're bringing Julian in as a precaution for the practice squad and barring more injuries, Nickel packages.

Unfortunately, they cut him the next day.  Haven't seen why.
