Other than the game I was at (EMU vs Illinois State), it was a pretty good week for the MAC. The league went 7-6, and had three FBS wins. Plus, Ohio is a legitimate threat for the Top 25. Here are five thoughts from yesterday's MACtion.

Couldn't access your blog; it said file not found.  After going 0-1 vs non-AQs last week, it was good to see the MAC go 3-1, with the loss being in OT. Toledo's win was impressive, given that they played at Ariz last weekend (a close loss), flew back to Toledo, then flew to Wyoming.  It's also interesting that CUSA and Mountain West are supposed to be the best non-AQ conferences, but neither has an unbeaten team after two weeks of play.
