Consider that Peden stadium has roughly half the capacity of the smallest Big 10 venue (Dyche Stadium at Northwestern), annual athletic revenues of $27M are roughly one-quarter that of the poorest public Big 10 program (

And yet, Sagarin rates the program more highly right now than three Big 10 teams (Indiana, Illinois and Northwestern), and essentially even with four more (Michigan State, Purdue, Minnesota and..wait for it... Nebraska).
If this team were seeded into the Big 10 West, they would probably be bowl-eligible at the end of the season.
