When Tettleton went down in the first half, the collective gasp in the stadium was quite noticeable.  Been going to games since 1979 and I can't remember a player who has meant as much to a team as he does.  I'm sure I wasn't the only one who was glad to see him come back into the game so quickly.

Please do not run TT unless it's absolutely necessary.

No. TT must run. That's what makes him TT. Can't play scared.

The gasp reminds me of the mid 90s anytime Gary Trent would stay on the floor longer than a moment after a tough foul.

That's exactly what I said to my wife today on our morning walk.  It was one of those hold your breath moments last night when Tettleton went down.

It was amazing how quite Peden got! The sigh that followed when he got up an ran to the sideline.

From a different angle on the same subject...

I see it as a huge positive that so many people understand how critical T2 is to the program...OUr fan base is evolving...

Agree with DFC above...Tyler needs to play the game the way he plays it...Until he's watching Vick get some reps.

I think it helped to see Vick perform so well, and as the season progresses, he will get more snaps, and continue to improve. Vicek seems to be cut from the same mold - playing intelligently, taking what the defense gives him, and moving the chains. Therefore, while I hope TT never has a serious injury, I think the the Bobcats can survive if he is out awhile.

the ad to the right of this box is an Aaron Rogers Pizza Hut ad, that's what we need Vick to be by 2014- a fully developed dynamo ready to take over for ol' #4 with no drop off.
