Rufus was on Channel 4's 6:20 sports tonight to help promo how Jarod Smalley will pay up on his bet with Matt Barnes on last Saturday's game.  Jarod, who is part of Terdnation, will sing "Stand Up and Cheer" tonight during the 11:20 sports report.
