With the 3-0 start and Parents Weekend next weekend, it's likely we'll see another strong crowd again next week. But will it match the New Mexico St. numbers?

With it being a I-AA game I doubt it, but it will be my first game of the year.

Planned a couple of weeks back figuring this might be one to get to with available tics. May not be an empty stadium after all.

I'd buy two tickets if I could get a hotel room. Poor planning by me = no trip to Athens.

I've given up on hotels in Athens.  I always camp at Strouds Run.

There will be another great crowd. Not sure it will be as big as New Mexico State game.

Well, let's make it our mission to make it so!  I'm already hitting up all my Columbus friends and buddies still in Athens and getting them to the game.  Everyone start inviting 10 people and make them invite 10 more!

$30 ticket price will keep away the casual fan. Should be a nice crowd, but doubtful it will be all that close to NM State.

$30? I thought it was $15 for New Mexico State, Norfolk State and one other game this year, maybe Buffalo? I could be mistaken, but I had to read something like that somewhere. I wouldn't make that up off the top of my head.

It's Parents Weekend. They always jack up those prices because they know that the parents are going to pay regardless. Same thing with Homecoming.

Remaining ticket prices:
Norfolk State: $30 (Parents Weekend)
Buffalo: $20
Akron: $30 (Homecoming)
Eastern Michigan: $15 (Thursday)
Bowling Green: $15 (Wednesday)

Community will turn out well. Might be mixed response from students just because it is a I-AA team. However, if even 3/4 of those students from NMSU game show up, the place will be pretty crowded and look nice for the cameras. Hopefully I am wrong and the place is just completely packed. Really makes me miss Athens.

Seeing a packed house on TV is a good way to spend my first season away from Athens. Makes me feel good.

What cameras? There is no TV scheduled for the game on Saturday, unless Ohio does a stream on their website.

It'll be on ESPN3. Not TV but there will be camera and it will be available for everyone not in Peden.

At that price knowing 3 or 4 of us are going and  will only make one or two games I will just buy the family pack and leave them in Athens for other parents who may be in town when I am not. About the same price when all is said and done.

I expect a great student turnout but they will leave early.  Not at halftime, just if we are up big.

EVERY home MAC game has a video broadcast. I feel like most of them are on ESPN3 this year. The ones that aren't (and that aren't on ESPN or ESPN2) are webcast FOR FREE on the MAC-Sports.com site. The camera work and video isn't the best around, but its free any synched to the home team's official radio broadcast.

Y'all have to think, too, that the casual student-fan (yanno, the ones who aren't as die-hard as we are...the ones who are at games because 'oh we have a good football team!'...you know the type...) won't really care if it's a I-AA team we are playing.

Actually, now that I think of it, a lot of those types of fans would LOVE to see a blowout in favor of the Bobcats (not saying it's GOING to happen...Norfolk State is a good team for I-AA). Could be a relatively large student turnout Saturday.

Any word on how sales are so far this week?  Haven't seen anything on social media yet this week, so I assume we're not that close yet.
