Can’t wait to see the huge crowd for this game!
Nobody cares about butts in the seats. It's eyeballs on the screens that count for MACtion!
If that’s the case, maybe in the future all the games will be played indoors, with just a few seats, just like studio wrestling. Everyone will be betting and doing pay per view on their smart phone or tablet.
Your best ideas are when you're most sarcastic.

Even though we have the edge in this series, I feel like the Bulls are often a thorn in our side, especially in Buffalo.
This was one of my preseason losses. Hate playing there. Hate playing them.

GREAT stadium. Newish by MAC standards. Like Akron, mostly empty. Love the trip to Buffalo for wings and Bobcat football. Not doing it on a weeknight!

Albin's Buffalo Press Conf:

We didn't learn anything new, except apparently the home crowd was *too loud* and that caused issues on the line, but that quilted hoodie he is wearing is FIRE.

Not sure if my FIRE you meant:

Fully Integrated Robotized Engine

or

Financial Independence Retire Early

Please explain! ;-)

Crowd noise is the least of the line's problems......but fire.......

Surprised to see Ohio as 7 point favorites on the road. I would've guessed more like 3 or 4. Expecting a close game.

Lately it's been tough for Ohio up there. We've lost six of the last eight games at Buffalo, and the two wins were by one pt in OT (2009) and a FG (2009) Last time up there we blew a 21-pt first quarter lead and lost when we gave them a second shot at a FG with time expired (we were offside on that play too, so they would've had a third shot if they had needed it). It isn't going to be easy.

Always get nervous for late season games against Buffalo. Especially after a major letdown loss with the season on the brink. No margin for error.

I can't believe we are 7 point favorites. Is Buffalo really that bad? I guess we will find out tonight.

Why be nervous about any of the remaining games? We are already eligible for a crappy bowl. The difference between 6-6 and 8-4 matters little in the scheme of things. This team was primed to win a title and came up short--again. Do I want to win out? Yes. Do I want to win a bowl game? Yes. But will that be at the expense of Albin staying? Dude has proven this year he is unfit for a head coaching job.

So put the nerves aside. We're playing with house money. The only problem is that we're playing with the house money provided by the lame Casino that Cousin Eddie takes Clark to in "Vegas Vacation" while Miami gets to keep playing at The Bellagio.

10-3 looks a hell of a lot different than 7-6. To everyone.

If you want to build a program you win. Regardless. You think 7-6 is going to bring in recruits? No. Back-to-back 10 win seasons might though. YEAH it's a disappointing season, but it doesn't have to be a total loss. Like I said to someone else, would you rather be Ball State? I'm as cynical and angry at Albin as they come - but we have a chance at 10 wins. 10 wins is 10 wins. Back to back 10 win seasons? Cmon. Never been done in school history.

I get it, but with this attitude, why watch at all? We're "just a MAC team" so the best we can do is a MACC anyway, right? I mean, what's the point? I, for one, just enjoy each game week-by-week. I'm thankful for whatever bowl games because there were absolutely none for well over three decades and really, weren't more than one for a MAC team in that time frame anyway. Also, with the death of cable coming, the number of bowls is likely to decrease again. Watch and see.

Again, this is a shitty, dumb take. We have like 4 10-win seasons in our history and Albin has one of them. Where do you get this?

Let the guys have fun. Throw the ball all over the yard. Get tricky. Get after their QB. Turn them over. Get a little creative. Make it a MACtion game. That's why the young men suit up everyweek. (Channeling to TA)

And just a couple of weeks ago there were some on here that seemed OK with the increase in penalties by a more and more undisciplined team.

What the Hell?

Why would Albin decline a delay of game penalty on 4th and 6 on Buffalo.

That lead to the offsides penalty, then it's only 4th and 1 to convert

You must be a new graduate. If you were EF (Early Frank) you would understand my trepidation. I watched all 5 of our MAC title games in person and died a little each time. Call me when you go through that pain and enjoy your 10 win participation trophy. While you do, Miami will be playing for a MAC title.

I'm sure it's just my Bobcat bias, but it always just seems like the announcers are always on the side of Ohio's opponent.

Raise your hand if you knew it was a run up the middle on 2nd down after Ohio lost 9 yards on a first-down sack of Rourke. To say nothing of the 3rd-down and 13 QB draw that followed.

I'm glad you noticed this too. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw this so I wasn't sure it was real.

Simply a mistake that cannot be made.
