I got to Athens around 10 am parked thought the day was going start bad when a group of kids starting throwing rocks at me. lol The weather was perfect. Handing out green beads to ohio fans coming into the game was surprised with how many people wore non ohio shirts saw lots of OSU shirts. Not as much green as I thought there would be. The pregame 110 show was better then a nebraska  half time show. I got to sit right next to the band. I had a group of ladies sitting behind me that were a tottal hoot! and  a family next to me that was very friendly and answered any questions that I had. The half time show was amazing!!!!! Wow is all I got to say.

The game was very exciting and think I was way more into the game then most of the ohio fans. I wanted to say you are undefeated make some noise. MOst of the people in front of me just sit there like they were at a funeral. It was really strange how  most of there fans on my side of the stands were acting. I have never been to any high school college ect.  football game where the fans looks so like they could care less. Im so glad I wasby the band they were a blast!!!! I throw a bouncing ball into the band the drummer got it and placed it on his drum was really funny! Also the drive to and from athens was very pretty. Being from nebraska was a nice change. I love watching my teams win as least one of them did I will be a ohio fan for life :) Letsgo win the mac!

I am glad that you enjoyed your day and I am glad that you came to support Frank, and I am even more sorry about the out come of the Neb-O$U game.....but unfortunately this is the part of your story that stuck out to me....

Holy Jeebus.....if in any way this was tied to the football game...ie...if these kids threw rocks at you for being dressed in red....whether it was because you are from Nebraska or if they mistook you for being an O$U fan....that's terrible...

And I know my voice does not hold any weight whatsoever....but I apologize....Athens is not like that....sorry you ran into the .05%.

...or we've turned a corner and OUr fans are now actually bothered by someone wearing red into Peden on game day.  Apologies from and for the home team, but gosh, it warms my heart just a little.
