So how do the MAC power ratings look today? Is OUr team even in the Top 5 now?

No and this loss could ruin the entire season as we probably won't be bowling unless we win out in the regular season.

So your opinion is that if Ohio loses one more game and finishes the regular season 10-2, they woudn't go bowling?  ORLY?

I would rank Kent #1. Also not so sure the balance of power isn't starting to shift back to East. Not saying east is better but the gap has shifted dramatically thanks to Kent.

I think as long as we beat EMU we are in pretty good shape for a bowl.  We probably do have to win the rest to win the MAC.

Oh yeah, definitely top 5 but we're probably 4th.  Injuries have really hurt us but that's part of the equation and in the end is no excuse, no one else outside of us cares about the injuries.

I think Kent's the best team right now.  They have the best MAC win this year (sorry, beating the 15th ranked team on the road is more impressive than Ohio's win against Penn State in my opinion).  Like a lot of us have said earlier this week in several threads, the season's long and it's all about peaking at the right time.  We unfortunately peaked during the 1st two weeks of the year.

If we lose to BG, NIU/Toledo/Miami/BG/Kent State all may finish a head of us in the MAC, all of whom may get bowl bids over us.

Who are both pretty decent and probably better than Miami.  It would probably be a good game.  That's fine by me.

at this point does it really matter. go 1-3 or 3-1 the next 4 games you are still going to get a no name sun belt team.

4. BG
4. Ball
4. Miami
4. Ohio

8.Western
8. Central

10. Eastern

Injuries killed us. Wouldn't be surprised if we lost to Eastern. Hoping I'm wrong.

OMG, Genessee, if that comes to pass, we may end up getting "feathered" the rest of the way! Redhawks ... Eagles ... Falcons ... Cardinals ... Golden Flashes (Flash, the Golden Eagle). Aren't Bobcats supposed to be hunter in those kinds of deals, not the prey?!
