Now that I've had a few days to calm down I've had time to reflect on a few things

1. This team set out to accomplish one thing this year.  Win a MAC Championship.  Something we've never done before.   They did not set out to be ranked in the top 25 or play in a BCS Bowl Game.   Win a MAC Championship was the primary goal.  Anything that came with it was just icing on the cake.

Had we won the game this past weekend it may have not changed a thing.  Regardless of the outcome of Saturdays game it will most likely take a win against Kent State to make it to the MAC Championship.  (yes I know, we still have to win the others as well).  What I mean is that we could have been 11-0 ranked 20th in the country and still needed a win against Kent State to get us in the Championship game.

Keep the faith everyone.   Ou is Still on track to fulfill "Unfinished Business".

Uh, it will take 4 MAC wins and a bit of help to win now.

If we go into the Kent game with one loss and they are undefeated, we win the East with a victory correct?

Miami would have at least two losses-BG and Kent

BG would have two losses-Kent and us

Kent and us would be tied with one loss a piece, with the tie breaker going to us by virtue of the win.

Please let me know if there is more to it but it looks like we ideally want to win out and face an undefeated Kent team right?

Fiami's remaining schedule is lined up like ours was last season.  They have their strongest opponents -- KSU and BSU -- at home and their weaker opponents -- Buffalo and CMU -- on the road.  Might give than an edge.
