I have followed football 20 years and I see college teams game after game try to stretch the field by throwing deep more than once a game. Stretching the field more often will help us run the balance of our generic offense. We have at minimum two 4.4 or better receivers in Clark and Cochran yet we may have attempted deep passes with them only 7 occasions this season. Most of those attempts have resulted in long gains or touchdowns but more importantly opens up the box which will allow our dive up the middle to be more successful. Cochran seemed to have the hot hand early in the game but never saw another pass after the first quarter and Clark had no passes thrown to him all day. Not sure I understand this wide receiver rotation.
