The NWS says southeast Ohio can expect 2 or 3 inches of rain through Wednesday. Plus, by game time Thursday the temp might be in the low 40s.

It looks like Thursday could be a decent day - but the early part of this week will be miserable.

Just be happy you don't live out here in Norh Jersey !
We're looking at high winds,several inches of rain and a 4'-8' storm surge starting tonight.
My wife and I are supposed to fly out on Thursday morning for the EMU game.
Don't look like that's gonna happen.
