EMU is making this contest verrrry close. Last night, the ESPNU crew mentioned that EMU has 20 different wardrobe ensembles, mixing helmets, jerseys, pants and socks. Through nine games, EMU has scored 189 points -- an average of 21 per game. With three games left, this contest is just too close to call. Maybe EMU should put more emphasis on scoring points and less on being a clothes horse.

By the way, I think we have 27 different ensembles, but since we're averaging more than 35 points a game after last night (320 pts. in 9 games), we can get away with that.

I cannot believe this at all. From the very first glance I thought (and stated to my son) - those uniforms SUCK! Dingy white helmets with as bland a font E you could find. Tiny "wingy" lookin' thingy on the sleeves (not really sure - it was so hard to see it). Jersey number font from, what, Walmart generic sports fashion line? And WAY too small number sizes. Pants - hard to screw up solid color pants, I'll give 'em that. However - has anyone ever seen a greenish blue eagle, ever, in their life? Those were the worse.........................

Kick 'em outta da MAC - 'nuther in a VERY long list of reasons. They really Do Make The League LOOK Bad...........
