It's Gameday!!  My Ohio banner is proudly flying from my front porch and I'm set for my team to take the field.  I'm glad we're not EMU or Fiami, where you have to drag or cajole people to follow the team.  And I'm damn glad we're not an O$U or a Mich, where effort is acknowledged only if there's a W to go with it -- and sometimes not even then.  The season hasn't turned out like we wanted.  But a winning season beats a losing season (been there, done that).  And win or lose today, I'm damn proud to be a Bobcat.

GO OHIO!!!!

Up and ready for some brunch with the Bobcats! This game would actually salvage the season in my mind. Even though we did not win the MAC again, it would give us an opportunity to play for another 10 win season. Come on buys, show some fire today ........PLEASE!

Too bad our team has no pride. This season has turned into a complete disaster

Thank God the bars were open for this debacle! I'd rather have been fighting the 250lb toothless woman at Walmart for a Loation made television.

But honestly...what would you rather have....8-4 or 4-8......and yes we've played more like an 0-12 team the last few games....injuries or no injuries.

Disagree with you.  The defense showed a helluva lot of pride today.  They held Kent to 14 offensive points and pretty much shut down Archer and Durham.  They forced four three-and-outs, a four-and-out, and two turnovers.  They're the reason Ohio still had a chance in the 4th Q.  The offense, I think, has pride.  When you're playing on the day after Thanksgiving with no chance for a MAC title, you're mostly playing for pride.  They lacked execution and inspiration today.

Lets be real, look at some of the teams we beat this year. Akron (1-11) UMASS (Soon to be 1-11) NMSU (Probable  1-11) EMU (2-9) and a IAA team. We were not a good team, we were just fooled by an easy schedule.

Agree on the defense. Our offense played terrible and without pride. Running out of bounds on 4th and 16 is a complete joke and shows a lack of pride and effort

Couldn't agree more.
