According to this article they have also agreed to take on New Mexico State and Western Kentucky at a later date.  I give them credit for holding true to the name of the conference(C-USA), that's one crazy footprint.

In other news, I hear the Big East is also going after Bryant University, citing an up and coming B-Ball program and the conference's desire to bolster their hold on the Providence-Pawtucket media market.
