Most of these are to get the MAC Champ into a BCS bowl, but some will help our bowl opportunities as well.

Stanford over UCLA
Wisconsin over Nebraska
Georgia Tech over Florida State
Nevada over Boise State
Kansas State over Texas
South Florida over Pitt
Cincinnati over UConn
TCU over Oklahoma (still probably wouldn't drop Oklahoma below #16, but definitely wouldn't hurt)
Nicholls State over Oregon State (Hey, you never know)

I can see some (5 or 6) of those happening, but not all:

Stanford over UCLA
Wisconsin over Nebraska
Georgia Tech over Florida State (This win probably helps us more anyway)
Nevada over Boise State (tossup)
Kansas State over Texas
South Florida over Pitt
Cincinnati over UConn
TCU over Oklahoma (still probably wouldn't drop Oklahoma below #16, but definitely wouldn't hurt)
Nicholls State over Oregon State

Somebody please explain how Georgia Tech winning helps us? I thought it was a matter of three games and that we should root for the 'Noles over GA Tech, South Florida over Pitt, and CIncy over UConn.

GT over FSU is for FSU to drop in the rankings and give the MAC Champ a better shot at getting in the top #16.

Also, root for L'ville to beat Rutgers.  If they do, Cincy will have a chance at Big Least co-champ (tho not the BCS bid) and may have more incentive to beat UConn.

I'd say, look out for #1 first.  If Ga Tech doesn't get its waiver, a loss to FSU would drop them below Ohio on the priority list.  Even if they get the waiver, let 'em lose -- a 7-6 team shouldn't be in a BCS bowl game, just out of principle.

We definately need South Florida and Cinti to win to keep Pitt and Uconn from being bowl eligible.

It's really sad that it comes down to this, but we should be rooting for Florida Atlantic to be La-Lafayette.  La-La is 7-4, and if they lose it'll be one more Sun Belt team with a worse record than we have.  Don't know if it really matters much, but every bit helps.

Looks like these are the two big games for us.......both Pitt and UConn win and we could be floating down the Hocking without a paddle.
