Man, if today was an indication, Bangura's starting job for next season may not have been assured...did he feel footsteps behind him???
Bangura isn’t RB1 at Ohio any longer!

I wish him well but if he rushes for more than 500 yards and 2 touchdowns I will be shocked. They were 5-7 and their leading rusher is a freshman. Good luck Sieh but I will Roll with Ricky.

And, if BG beats Minny, RYB may be looking for a new job, despite statements to the contrary by Mark Coyle a few weeks ago. In which case Bangura may be up shit creek without a paddle.

There are no guarantees in life, and the portal is no exception. Bangura could win the top spot, and be a star in Minnesota. He could end up as a backup. The coaches could stay. The coaches could be fired, and if they are, the replacements could love him or hate him. Bangura believes in himself, and he made his move, but only time can tell if it will turn out to be a good one. In any case, though, he will surely get more NIL money than he would have at Ohio.

FWIW, I believe Quintrell Quinn is also in the portal now.

great post LC, and by next year, it will probably be fair game on multiple transfers. So, best of luck to Bangura, and I hope it all works out for him.
