Means exactly what it says. "*GREAT LOCATION*"...right off the freeway but near the city center, unlike the Rubber Bowl. Akron is a great city. Not sure what your takeaway was. The "but" was indicative that often something that close to an exit isn't necessarily near the Central Business District of any given city.

Regardless, having a nice on campus stadium is a real plus compared to the WPA project out by the airport and shared with the Akron City Series teams.

Have you ever been to an actual football practice at the collegiate or NFL level? Let alone an actual game. Could be that you will hear an occasional word or two, you are not familiar with.
