Someone mentioned in another thread about the construction of the IPF center. Before they start to build it, I actually like the design of this one for Miami. I suggest we either build it on the south end or East end and build it litterally right onto the stadium. Have a premium club seats with buffets and all the glamour. It would make it look really nice on T.V.
If I were to redo Peden, I would make a nice North side enclosed glass entrance with a pro team shop where you can buy quality Bobcat Gear, on the west stands, completely tear it down and redo it. Add two decks (about 6,000 more seats) and a new visitors locker room, concessions, restrooms, glitz and glamour. Then on the south side, tear down the scoreboard, add bench style overflow seating along the hill (about 2,000 general admission seats) and then build a huge IPF with about 20 club boxes that stick out, and a spot for T.V. Cameras. Then on both sides of the IPF add two huge scoreboards that are angled toward the opposite sides of the stadium.
Total cost would be about 25 million (I'm totally guessing) and it would bring a lot of glitz and glamour to the stadium and add 8,000 seats and bring the stadium to a respectable 32,000.
