Happened upon this CBS Power Poll for 2013, it has to have the greatest amount of love ever given to non-BCS schools with teams 19-25 all being non-BCS teams, plus Boise State at 17.  NIU and Kent State both made it from the MAC with NIU 20th and Kent 24th.  NIU was given credit for being a good team that played badly in their bowl game and they see alot from Kent with Dri Archer.

This has to be one of the most logical polls I've seen for next year considering how many non-BCS teams cracked the rankings this year.  But of course most analysts would rather ignore that fact and pick mostly BCS teams for their next year projections.

Curious where this would place OHIO. Also if Kent State manages to only lose one game (LSU). I bet they will still be ranked in if not near the top 25. This will setup a great game against them at our stadium. Imagine if we also go unbeaten or lose only one game (Louisville) this could be a major game that could be possibly nationally televised game of two mac teams with at worst 1 or 2 losses playing for MAC Championship game and possible BCS Bowl??
