We need to give up a home football in Athens and play Notre Dame on the road at one of the following locations as a home game for us. Any of these locations we would definitely have a sell out. Any feedback on this would be appreciated. Could break all attendance records in Columbus.

1. Bengals Stadium
2. Browns Stadium
3. At the Horse Shoe in Columbus
4. Lucas Oil

Notre Dame isn't going to play us anywhere but South Bend. We would have better shot at getting osu into Paul Brown Stadium like Toledo did in Cleveland. But Notre Dame? It isn't happening.

The last time they played away from SB vs a non-AQ that wasn't a service academy or a bowl game was 2004 when they opened the season with a loss at BYU.

I'll say that while I appreciate the creativity in the thought process, there is a 0.001% chance that this will ever happen. We are not that popular nationally to pull off anything like this, and Notre Dame will never play us outside of South Bend, if at all.

Two years ago, ND played WMU at South Bend.  According to their media guide, that was the first time they had played any current MAC team since 1920, also WMU.  They've played WMU three times, Akron once (1910) and Fiami once (1909) -- all at ND.  WMU scored 20 points in the 2010 game.  That's the only points scored by a current MAC team vs. ND.

I won't tell you who WMU replaced in order for that game to happen.....

3. At the Horse Shoe in Columbus

My spider sense tells me that you reside in either:

  a)  Washington
  b)  Colorado

I'll go ahead and say it: THERE IS NOT A CHANCE that we will play ND outside of South Bend or a Bowl Game. I'll go a step further and say that I hope we NEVER play a "home game" at "our" stadium in columbus.
