Any word on a surplus sale? I know they're usually every other year, but they've had them the past two years.

Was told last year that they've decided to make the surplus sale an annual event. So, I'd expect it at each spring game moving forward!

They normally announce the gates opening for the sale at 11 or 12....which means if you want anything you'd better be there at 9.

I wonder if the new contract with Russell will include new uniforms(at least new material).  If so, we may see more jerseys this year.  Similar to 3 years ago when they went with the new fabric and changes in the trim color.

I made the mistake of thinking a 185lb man in decent shape could fit into a LG jersey...   I wore it at a party during the Potatoe bowl game.  My wife said it looked like I was wearing rib protectors.....  I think that she may have been insulting me.

Note to self.. Get the XXL this year.

WR would be a position a player might lose ground while injured.  Not supposed to happen, but, coach Dixon has athletes who will develop.

I made the same mistake at my first surplus sale two years ago. Now I know to buy jerseys a size or two bigger than my normal size. Oh well, it looks better on my wall than on me anyway

  Hopefully he will be ready.  I recall he missed most of last spring as well.
