Beau is another great back that we have been blessed with that has helped changed the fortunes of our program.  He, along with the likes of Kalvin McCrae, Chad Brinker, and Steve Hookfin have contributed much to Bobcat football.  I saw Brinker play as a student and was always impressed with how hard he always played, never taking a negative yard really, and especially for his perseverance through his brain cysts and such. 

Heisman or no, I think Beau Blankenship will be a name that is celebrated by the OU nation for years to come.  

I think he would rather have a MAC Championship instead anyways!

Glad to see Beau is in the Heisman discussion, but I read through that list, and came across the next list, "One thing to fear about every Top 50 Team in 2013" and was frankly disappointed that Ohio was not on their list of Top 50 teams. Still, I think Beau, and everyone here and on the team, would be most pleased with a MAC Championship.

actually, after the raised expectations of 2012 that were not met--for whatever reasons--i'd rather not have the same going into '13. just let what we do on the field define us.
