I can't take it anymore.   I say we are close enough to spring practice to start talking football.

Last year we entered spring knowing we had some serious holes to fill.   WR being probably the most notable.

What do we see this year.  What are some of our biggest concerns this year entering into spring ball.

Good Stuff. All concerns are valid. I am most concerned with:
D-line
Kicker
Outside Linebacker

When is Spring Football starting?

So....I think I just got wife approval to be in Athens for the Spring Game. Do they take credit card at the surplus sale or is it cash only?

Based on this link it looks like we will be getting new uniforms.  The look may be the same but maybe new material. Bobcats and the Rajun Cajuns were evaluating them as practice jerseys.

Yeah, if you want the best selection, expect to have looked at everything and checked out before the "opening time" if the last couple were any indication.

I would say kicker and d-line are my top two concerns.

On the d-line redshirts must grow up fast and/or jucos come in ready to play.

Kicker is also big since we've had such an outstanding kicker in Weller.....great kicker and good guy...he will be missed.

I''m not as concerned with olb. We have a bunch of athletes out there who only lack experience.  If it's that bad then Moore can move outside.  Me thinks Russell and Schany are ready to smash some people at mlb....they are missiles.

I LIKE THIS!

Wouldn't it be great to have a season in which we have a handful of playmakers make their mark on defense!
