I watched 'Liberal Arts', an Indie Romance Comedy, the other night.  Josh Radnor, from 'How I Met Your Mother', wears this shirt http://www.homage.com/store/collegiate/ohio-state/block-ohio in the movie.  I knew I had seen the shirt before and my girlfriend confirmed it was made by Homage, which has some great Ohio shirts by the way.  Yes, the real kind.   Anyways, is this considered a Copy Right Infringement?  I'm guessing so, since it has the block 'O' on it.  Probably nothing to take to court, but I was just wondering if somebody could clarify for me.

Pretty good movie by the way.  Many of us can relate to Josh Radnor's character in this movie.  http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/liberal_arts/

Not sure on the copyright infringement, but I found something interesting looking at the OHIO section on the Homage site. They have this hoodie for sale, which appears to be the exact same block font as the OSU shirt called into question, except in green instead of red. No idea what it means in terms of copyrights, but I found it pretty interesting. They even call it "Block Ohio Zip Hoodie" and OSU's shirt "Block Ohio"
