Frank elected to college football hall of fame according to sources from Action Network tweeted by Brett McMurphy. Michael Vick and Dewey Selmon others on list. Congratulations to Frank!
I’m assuming this is right, waiting to find confirmation.

Apparently there will be a formal announcement this afternoon. There’s supposed to be 19 players and 3 coaches. Randy Moss and Alex Smith are 2 of the other players reported so far.

What an awesome achievement. When is the induction ceremony? I hope the university gives this the recognition it deserves.

Also in this year's class is Mark Dantonio, who began his coaching career at Ohio as a GA in 1980, won 132 games as head coach at Cincinnati and Michigan State.

Among the players: Justin Blackmon, Tim Couch, Armanti Edwards, Toby Gerhart, Julius Peppers, Paul Posluszny, Alex Smith and more. Edwards was Appalachian State's quarterback when they won at Michigan in 2007.
