I heard a commercial on a Columbus station for some contractor (air conditioning, I think) that featured someone who identified himself as "Kelton, a proud Ohio State football alumni." Maybe he has multiple personalities.
I mentioned this issue to a senior clerk at Follett's a few weeks ago. Says I, "How many siamese twins do you sell those Ohio Alumni Ts to? Says he, rather nonchalantly, "Oh yes, we get comments on that all the time, but that's what our supplier sends us." Says me, "Get a new supplier." Clerk then gives me a dirty look. One of my pet peeves.
