If I am looking at this correctly, it looks like a lot of the visitor designated seats are in the upper deck (sections 1-5).  There are four sections lower as well in sections 101, 102, 201 and 202.

I am trying to figure out how the rows are configured.  They are lettered, but what would be lower single or double letters - I am guessing single??

Not sure how you came to that conclusion.  My guess is that at $57 a ticket and the fact that's it's on tv, anyone who wants a ticket and knows a Bobcat Club member can get tickets.  In fact I know where you can get 8 if you need them.

It may be hopeful thinking on their part, but I also read this as they do not expect to have many, if any, tickets left other than those to Bobcat Club member and students...

Aren't you a student? Call early Monday and you might be able to get one of the free student tickets...

Buying tickets from Bobcat Club members who are selling sounds like a good idea, thank you for that thought Alan. Now I just need to figure out how many others are going to be in my party.

I fully plan on joining Bobcat Club myself, but I doubt I will have priority to get seats off the bat and I also need to take into account student loan payments.
