Nice video interview with Branz and Crutch on ohiobobcats.com, and a nice written interview with him there as well. He looks lean and mean, and ready to hunt QB's. I'm looking for him to have a breakout season.

Whenver I think about him as a player, I think back to two years ago in Relentless, where as a true freshman in camp, he was battling a Senior AJ Strum (and losing), and he said with an embarrassed smile that he obviously needed to get a lot better, and Strum reassured him. I was so impressed with both their attitudes. I knew he was going to work hard, and get a lot better because he had the right attitude. Just look at him now. Go Crutch...

Oh, and I note from the interview, maybe he's the fridge that Monroe has been looking for.


I'm feeling really good about the defensive line these days. I think it's going to start out pretty good, and improve fast, and by the year, it's going to be a very, very good defensive line.
