Great news!

I still remember the poster who told me he’d “never smell the NFL.”

I mean to be fair it was 50/50 for a minute there with Bash selling Weed and kicking in frathouse doors with his Cousin.
The local prosecution had him in his Sights.

I'm glad he made it though but Bash had a few bad apples around him influencing him greatly.

Well, living in a barrel, I didn't know any of this, and I don't think the former poster I quoted did either. He was simply misreading what he was seeing on the field -- thinking Basham was too small, didn't have the physique, wasn't fast enough, etc. to make the NFL. I disagreed and thought he had a chance based on what I saw on the field in OHIO games.

My criticism was the Colts were drafting him as a stand up backer and that was not his skill set, which as his career has played out, I was right. His most success has been since he left Indy, and was able to play his more natural technique.

Waived. He had an injury this preseason. On top of that, it's a crowded position group when the first round pick from Clemson is on the third team defense.

Was bummed he's moving on but certainly understandable. Hoping this is an area of strength for the Bengals D this year.

Didn't see a thread about Kai Caeser, but he was waived by Baltimore as well.

Pleasants also waived.

Armani Rodgers was put on IR with an Achilles injury. Still on the roster.

Because Harbaugh is a dick. He slithered out of An Arbor before the NCAA hit Mich with probation, show-cause orders and recruiting sanctions. His former players will have to live with these penalties while he draws a big paycheck in LA. And there might be more to come at Mich. The sign-stealing investigation is still open.

Next season the NCAA will allow coach to QB helmet radio communication
for FBS games.

That should put an end to signal stealing.
