Just drove by Peden and noticed that the steel is going up on the Walter Fieldhouse.  There is a real building boom on campus right now.  Crane's everywhere.  Should be exciting to see next Saturday for those who haven't been to campus this year.

Enrollment is up. My dad works at the lancaster campus and he just got an e-mail saying he's getting another 1% raise because of this. good time to be a Cat

...around campus.  Was there last week.  Not particularly impressed with the front of Old Baker.  Looks like about 4 other buildings on campus and has imo nowhere near the attractiveness as the former steps and with the flags flying at the balcony.  The designers could have at least left the patio Frontier room for a little outdoor dining/drinking with an internet cafe theme for all those passing by to see.

I am really excited to see the dorm across from Ping (where the married housing was) finished. That should look great and bring it all together.
