I got mine on choose your seat day.. They gave me a free hat an Independence Bowl football, bbq sandwiches, baked beans coleslaw and Dr Pepper. 

Still no tickets though. 

Story.. One time I had ordered singles to a game don't remember which one. The Friday before the game after my mail had ran and I still didn't have tickets I called the ticket office. They said they would have tickets for me at will call. So picked them up at the stadium and then the actual tickets arrived on Monday.

I called the ticket office a few hours ago and they said they just mailed a second batch yesterday.  So if you haven't received anything by next Tuesday or Wednesday, give them a call.

I called earlier today. They said mine had been mailed out LAST friday, but if I don't receive them in today's or saturday's mail that I should call them back to try to work something out. I have a feeling I'll be picking mine up at willcall...

Meanwhile, I get a message today that if I don't renew my bball tickets by tomorrow, I lose the seats.  Irritating.  I suppose I'll get those tickets delivered just before I get in the car to drive for the first game.

Why is this so hard?

I don't think I will need my tickets until I go to the first game.  Plan to take my receipt with me and then just go on to my seat if the actual tickets do not arrive.  I have more important things to worry about

I've never understood the huge panic about season ticket arrival times.  As long as they're at your house a few days before the first home game, why does it matter?  What are you going to do with those tickets that you need them weeks ahead of time?  If they aren't there by Thursday, just call the ticket office and let them know - worst case you pick them up at Will-Call and you lose 5 minutes (at most) of your time.

The ticket office consists of just 2 full time staff for all sports - and there was turnover in the #1 position this off-season... we keep expecting SEC product with Sun Belt $$ and staffing.

when you're out of state and end up mailing the tickets you're not going to use back to Athens county to be used by someone there it becomes more of an issue. As for will call, they've not had my tickets there twice. The last time, I got some tickets only because the Marshall ticket people were kind enough to give me tickets even though they had nothing to do with the screw up.

It's not about an SEC product, it's about simple customer service to the most important audience you have -- season ticket holders. I don't think it's too much to ask to get tickets out in a timely manner. I don't begrudge the two full time ticket office workers (who work their tails off), but I do think the Department needs to recognize the need for help here and make it happen. Imagine if our stadium was expanded....

Got mine on Tuesday...but if you haven't received yours, just give them a call. Mistakes are going to happen...but at the worst they'll just need to print your tickets again and leave them at will call.

Nothing here yet.  I thought maybe they were canceling the season after the embarrassment of Sunday! 

Alternate theory: They don't want me at the games this year because I stand up too much in the Phillips Section and am way too loud on defensive third downs.  I've also been known to harass people on the opponent's bench and generally be a wild FANatic.

Still waiting. The guy at the ticket office (who shall remain nameless) recognized my voice from my call on Thursday. He told me he'd check with his supervisor and call me back. Still waiting on that too...

If you have not got them you should probably call the ticket office tomorrow or pm ohiobobcats1 .. He PM'd me over the weekend because I posted I hadn't got mine. He took care of it and they should be in my mailbox tomorrow. 

Hopefully I'm getting one of those car magnets.. that sounds cool.

Got a call on Monday afternoon.  Told me mine would be at will call and I can pick them up before the first game.  I ordered late and was told that was going to happen.  I thought it was nice that I received a follow up call.

I just called the Ticket Office (3rd time) and got everything sorted out this time. Apparently the tickets have been lost into the great maw of the USPS, but I was assured that my tickets will be re-printed and waiting on me at Will-Call Saturday afternoon. 3rd time is indeed a charm
