There is a grass lot, outside of the stadium on the side of the stadium behind the scoreboard, over near the little river.  Is that area open to be parked in all the time?  Can you set up a small tailgate?  How much is it?  Does it fill up fast?

Thanks in advance

If you mean the area between the river and #133/151 on this map:

no. That is currently a construction zone.

So where are people tailgating this year? Especially non Season ticket holders.

Ok, looking at the wrong area, I was anyway.

Isnt there something near the bike path, across from the round about thing, behind the scoreboard?

There is a small grass lot directly across the river from the stadium - yes, you literally enter from the roundabout. Tailgating there is fine.
