Are our line splits tighter than they have been in the past? I was watching some BYU/Texas highlights, and BYU's running game was doing basically whatever it wanted out of a 3 WR spread set (and really looked like what I think our coaches want our offense to look like). The BYU O Line splits were much wider than ours....almost set up to pass block....but BYU was running a ton of option out of that.

I tried finding some older highlights to see if we used to line up with wider splits, but none of the highlight videos spends a whole lot of time focusing on the line pre snap.
