I didn't see what happened on ESPN 3.  Please someone who was there, what did he do to get the flag thrown?

Kicked the ball out of frustration after the play was over right in front of the ref.

TT is a baby. Openly whining to the coaches over play calling...doing 8th grade stuff like this. I mean, he's a RS Senior...grow up.

The play calling sucked. He was only 1 of about 15,000 people complaining about the play calling

Fine. Do it off the field though.

God forbid our QB and team captain show some emotion. Was it the smartest move? No. But of all the penalties last night this one concerns me the least.

Graduated some seniors with lots of starts so I expect some young folks to make some five yard mistakes. Those concern me least. I do not like to see fifth year seniors giving up 15 yards of field position and losing control.  Next there will be younger players following TT's example, losing their cool and getting thrown out of a game in a critical situation.  When you see it remember from who they learned it.

Maybe some players need to lose their cool. Maybe our players need to have a little more fire and emotion and edge and attitude. B/c you know what isn't losing your cool? Off-guard for 2 yards, off-guard for 1 yard, slot screen for 0 yards, punt. That's about as cold as it gets offensively.

I'm pretty sure this is the only personal foul penalty he's had in his career. I'm sure he'd tell you it was a mistake. I don't think it will happen again.

In general, those officials Saturday were a loose bunch.  Saw the Side Judge go absolutely berserk screaming at the ball boy on the sideline very early in the 2nd half.  Partially justified but the guy looked like a lunatic the way he went after him.  Then the review on the INT that lasted 5 seconds.  What was that about?  Does anybody know if that crew came from CUSA?

Must run reasonably fearlessly.
Must show leadership.
Thereby making compelling case in re playcalling.
The solution is within the qb.
It is there.

Looking at the Box Score, the referee was Steve Barth, who is a C-USA Official.  So yes, that was a Conference USA Crew.  Some interesting calls to say the least.

I would imagine that this weeks crew will also be C-USA as well.

Will they be allowing whistles in the visiting fans' section?
