They need something now that they have their new "milkman" road unies.  Didn't do much for them or Boise, although N'western won with their tidy whities.

So the coach is all about the oars to the point they use Oars as award decals... What I can't understand is that most of the starters helmets in game 1 were nearly full prior to the first snap.  Can't imagine what they will look line by the end of they year.

Maybe it's like I tip when I eat out.   I set out a very generous amount for a tip, prior to being waited on, and then begin deducting if the service is bad.....haha....

Maybe WMU's strategy is that you don't want to have a naked helmet by years end....

Any time any person suggests that manufactured traditions are ruining Ohio University athletics, I will say PJ Fleck and drop the microphone.

I was guilty of this once.

I stand corrected.

Ha! That was funny. Maybe coach should concentrate on winning football games to get butts in the seats. Sideline traditions will be taken care of by the cheerleaders, the band and the student body.

According to my high school track coach, it takes seven years for something to become tradition.  Doubt he will be there that long.

No. In the spirit of manufactured traditions, you will stand for defense.

Ohio used to have a great game day traditionL  showing up with some verve and looking like we know how to win.  Save for the bowl game at the end of last season, where's that been for the last half season?

Saturday is about leadership.  Some guys have to play like stars, to will us through these next couple of games.

I'm not sure what this is referring to, but, if it refers to making noise when they team is on defense, and being quiet when they are on offense, that is not something you do because of tradition; its something you do to help the team. Noise disrupts the offense, and energizes the defense.

He's referring to something we do for basketball home games: at the start of each half, the crowd stands (hopefully making noise, but not always) until the opposing team sinks a basket

OK, thanks. Well, getting back to football, it's true that not all football fans understand that they can help not only by being noisy when their team is on defense, but by being quiet when it is on offense, so it never hurts to remind people that it isn't done for tradition, but for effect.

That guy cracks me up.

Why did he change shirts in the middle of the video?

What is up with that 3rd down hand motion thingy?  Huh?.....

Oh, and every band in the MAC needs to play Chelsea Dagger after they score on WMU.  Right?

(Wonder how this will all go over when he's coaching Maryland or Uconn next year?)

Stupidest manufactured tradition of all time, IMHO.  Isn't sitting down a sign of resignation?  After your opponent scores?  Yeah, that'll rattle 'em.

After watching this a dozen times and showing it to everyone I know...I'm prepared to say that PJ Fleck is mentally ill and perhaps should be hospitalized.
