Jason Arkley @JasonAmessenger 53m

And that wraps the Solich show. Practice note: Bobcats still getting guys back. WR Mario Dovell and OL Jon Lechner could play this week

...and that right there is what made last year so extremely unusual. It wasn't the large number of injuries, though there was a large number of them. It was that almost each and every injury was a season ender. This year injuries have been high, but they have been more normal 2-5 week injuries.

It's looking good for a stronger and stronger Bobcat team down the stretch.

Depth returning as we head into conference play. This is a good thing. I always felt Dovell had so much potential. With both he and Landon Smith back in the mix it adds another dimension to the passing game. Takes pressure off of Cochran and Foster. They will be fresher.

Jon is Jon (he returned with more starts than any O lineman in the MAC) and Mario is another senior back who will block someone every chance.   These two help both phases; running and passing.
