I hear a strange sucking sound coming from Western Ohio near the Maumee river...
Could it be...?

I believe the quote from TT on the post game show was next Saturday is for "revenge."  I agree!

Payback time! If we don't beat them by 40+ it's a win for them.

Coach Solich does not win by 40, sorry.  The only reason Ohio scored 56 yesterday was Mr Hill from Eastern kept responding.  Any time Ohio gains control of a game, 21-24 up, it becomes Daz/Edmond time to practice Monroe's favorite play to kill the clock.  TT was close to the game passing record, but, Eastern could not keep responding long enough for the team to need it.  Post game coach spoke about his concern over the appearance of running up the score.  It was also great for the younger players.

I would hope that coach would make an exception to the general rule since it IS Fiami, after all.

Let's do a Baylor against Fiami.  Baylor just can't help scoring 70+.  Last night they led Iowa St 64-0 and had third stringers in when ISU scored a TD with :47 left in the game.  ISU kicked off and Baylor ran it back for a TD.  71-7.

Like this way of thinking.  We should have t-shirts saying "Let's Baylor Miami"!

I know that there is not a single returner who has forgotten this game from last year.  I hope they are seething from it and every day this week have to look at a screenshot of their players and fans celebrating a monumental win that took away our perfect season.  We owe them and oh boy, do we owe them BIG.

I am typically an advocate for sportsmanship, but I hope we beat them by 50 points (and this is not an exaggeration.)

I tend to take pity and show mercy to the wounded but I must make an exception this week.  This needs to be an absolute beat down of epic proportions.  Play for all of the games we lost year in and year out and leave no doubt that the guard has changed!

It's good to see that the geography department at OU remains as strong as ever.

I think it is the geology department we need to call on here. It seems pretty clear the suck is starting to leach into the water table.

It is powerful indeed if it can go uphill into the Hocking Hills clear from Oxford.

Fiami's sucking is so powerful, it leaches into Collins Creek, which flows into Four-Mile Creek, which empties into Sevenmile Creek, which flows into the Great Miami River, which empties into the Ohio, then into the Mississippi, down into the Gulf of Mexico, around the Gulf Coast, past the Florida Keys where it catches the Gulf Stream and goes up the East Coast to the St. Lawrence, where it goes against the current into Lake Ontario, jumps Niagara Falls into Lake Erie and winds up in Maumee Bay where it goes up the Maumee River.
