At this rate Vick will also have a couple tds by the half and Sprague will be pouring it on the entire second half

I donated my tickets and parking pass for charity raffle so I am taking this one in at home.  Crowd looks real solid!  Miami is just awful!

ESPN3 'nouncer is all over this:  OHIO leading 14-0...'Miami's going to have to score on this Ohio defense.'

Might be a low point for the program. Completely embarrassing performance against the worst team in college football.

About 25 seconds left in 2nd quarter, on 2nd and about 6 from about their 8 and with two timeouts, we spike the ball to stop clock...and then call a timeout.

I want to hear on Bcat2 defends that as good football.

We only had one timeout, the espn broadcast was off. Wasn't a bad decision, but messing it up and having to take the timeout was bad

Better offensive play calling after my previous post, but I'd like to know what Tettleton was thinking on the spike.

We only had on timeout in reality. Not a bad call.

Also, Toledo is up 21-0 on BGSU late in the 2nd

Again, we only had 1 time out. My guess is TT was thinking one more run, saving our sole timeout for 4th down to give us a chance to think about going for it or taking the field goal. Whatever the case, he just wasn't on the same page as the coordinators.

Its in the past now, no need to pay attention to it. What matters is how we move forward.

It's 24-10 at the half.

We've already scored more points than Fiami has scored in any game this season.

We have not lost a game this season in which we've scored at least 24 points.

I like our chances.

And if the ESPN crew were any good, they wouldn't be on ESPN3.

I think Dustin Fox has been pretty good, except calling Travis "Currie". Of course I'm also a fan of his radio show here in Cleveland, so I'm a little biased.

Edit: Just saw him thank someone on twitter who corrected him on Travis' name.

I'm willing to be educated.  After spiking it to stop clock, how can you not have it together quickly enough to do the next play that you want without calling your last timeout?

Football is not a complicated game.  You know that you have the ball and are driving near the goal line--yet you don't have a selection of plays at the ready from which you can choose one?

Nope. That will be embarrassing during film study. There were 75 offensive plays. What else you got. Did you notice the career day for Foster?  Was not  that great? Can we be happy for him? I know, it was against nobody, but, most career days are.

No, Monroe will only be happy if we complain about everything and everyone associated with this horrible near-defeat

Did anybody else catch bad vibes from T2 when he came back in after Vick's fumble?  His body language said he was just going through the motions: he wasn't faking after handing off, but instead just stood there so everybody knew Beau had the ball; he seemed annoyed when looking at the bench for signals.  I know he didn't want to be back out there, but I thought he really showed it.
