It is November football, late nite games and cold.  You have around two weeks.  Can someone from the University please see if we could have HOT drinks that they do not run out of before half time.  Next game I will go out to my truck at half time, as I will be bringing a thermos of hot drinks.  Is this to much to ask?  I would think the profit margin for this would be great, hot water and a weak mix is usual.   It is a slow week for me, just venting. Go Bobcats!
And before it is said, I know the University does not run the concessions but maybe some guidance for the groups doing that would help.

Amen, brotha! The vendor could increase profits a ton if they would just stock some product (hot drinks) to sell. This is an every game occurrence. If they can't handle selling hot drinks beyond quarter one we need to get a vendor that can. Just sayin'.........

Wow, I haven't been home for a game in a while, but this should not be a problem at a program at this level. Get one of the business students to take care of this. I'm sure it would be a done deal. Or just get a sponsor to do it - like McDonald's or Wendy's - WTF? Our remaining games are on week nights so the thinking will probably be - we don't need to stock up. Coffee does not rot people, nor does tea - fix it!

I think the comment on hot drinks is kind of deceiving, it wasn't that they ran out before halftime.  Their problem was in continuing to have enough hot drinks available.  I was on the students side at halftime and stopped under for hot chocolate and they said they were out and just as I was about to walk away someone called us back and said that their new batch was just ready.  So they had enough product, they just weren't able to have it constantly available and their staff didn't communicate well that they were out for the moment, not out for the rest of the game.

To vent my personal frustration, I tried three or four different concessions, student side, endzone and tower side, and never found anyone serving coffee. Not much of a hot chocolate drinker -- just wanted a nice, strong coffee. Would have figured it to be plentiful considering the hot chocolate was served in Tim Horton's cups. Every time I saw a cup, my hopes spiked for coffee but sadly dashed.

Not trying to deceive anyone.  Walked the entire stadium twice in third quarter and once in fourth, guess I must have caught them all out for the moment when I was there.  My kids also checked other times.  Just part of that "Game Experience" everyone talks about having.  And yes coffee would have been fine also.

My experiences have been exactly the same as OU77BCJ and Mountain State Cat. I have walked around to every concession stand in the place (I'm talking more than one game) and couldn't find one cup of hot chocolate. It doesn't matter if you have prepared 500 gallons of the stuff-if it isn't in a cup in the concession stands where it can be purchased it isn't available. A hot drink to purchase on a cold day is not an unreasonable request for our "updated" concessions.

Things must be going pretty good for Ohio, if the only thing you all have to complain about is lack of hot drinks...

It's not the *only* thing we can find to complain about...   some of us are *OLD*.  Finding things to complain about is EASY...

It's just that this particular item (a lack of coffee) is a FREAKING EMERGENCY! I NEED COFFEE AND I NEED IT NOW!!

(speaking just for myself)
