In this country, during the playing of our national anthem, you remove your hat and shut up.  Especially when you're on a tower in plain view within 50' of the American flag.  Call me old fashioned, but that really ticked me off.

Were they working or were they just talking? If they were working and had to get a shot of the anthem etc. there's not much they can do about it.... They may have been talking to their director or someone else on the crew...if they were just goofing off, then yeah, your point stands......
