Though this is a story about the OHIO basketball program, I think it's very applicable to what appears to be happening to the football team this year and explains how things could be much better next year if the team starts working together and puts team goals ahead of personal goals:  Teamwork Matters

Teamwork is good and I'm glad this year's team is proud of their chemistry, but I think it's time to turn the page on last year. Players and coach Christian seem like they want to take shots at last years core with every opportunity. I think it would be healthier to just let it go.

Losing Thompson last year, and Branz this year, particularly seemed to hurt us.
