My guess is FS will NOt fire anybody.  I do think there will be a change in offensive philosophy.  I think the staff will try to go back to a more physical style (which FS always espoused).  I think we've gotten a bit cute and stale and that needs to change.  With a new QB, there will have to be a different approach offensively.

Then there is the defense we've had the last 3 games...ugh!  Talk about the necessity of a complete makeover!

It's a lot easier to point the finger at one part of the team if the other part is performing well. I think some tough thinking about changes will be needed on both sides of the ball.

Fire someone if that is a must.  But hopefully, the guys we have now--who've brought us decent success to date--will bring more imagination to their approaches.  (No one enjoys firing peoples.)

I'm frustrated by our predictable, no-energy/passive style.

We are desperately in need of dynamic coaching/strategy/plays and players.  Desperately.
